Foundations of Fitness From $35 per visit with Trial CIass / First Time Visit Only pass Purchase required to enroll
This class is for folks who are truly starting at the beginning. We take you through the developmental patterns that you were born with. This technique comes from the Prague School of Rehabilitation and is a unique and fun re-introduction to how your body is supposed to move. Even seasoned athletes would learn something from this class!

Kettlebell 101 $55 per class From $35 per visit with Trial CIass / First Time Visit Only pass No purchase required to enroll
Kettlebells are a super fun way to start learning how to manage weight. This class focuses on lifting and carrying. In kettlelbell language: deadlifts, get ups, carries, squats, cleans, and snatches. Swings will be covered in a more advanced class in the future, or you can schedule a one on one session with Dr. Blair.
Smart Strength From $35 per visit with Trial CIass / First Time Visit Only pass Purchase required to enroll
In this class we focus on the five basic movement patterns: push, pull, hinge, squat and stabilize. Each movement can be modified to your ability level. Class size is limited to 3-4 people for individualized attention and feedback.

The 15 minute Tour is a great way to find out if Square One Fitness will be a good fit for you! You'll get a tour with one of the trainers who can answer all of your questions, and discuss YOUR fitness goals and current ability level.
